Hosted Spaces for Child Care
The Hosted Spaces for Child Care – Existing Spaces Program helps communities repurpose buildings such as churches, schools, or commercial spaces into high-quality child care facilities. This program includes evaluating up to five potential spaces, developing a tailored business case, and delivering a detailed space evaluation to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
Child Care House
The Child Care House is an 800-square-foot, prefabricated facility designed to address child care shortages in rural and underserved communities. This turnkey solution provides a fully licensed, residential-style environment for up to 12 children, offering a rapid-deployment option to create accessible, high-quality child care spaces.
Community Technical Assistance for Special Projects
The Community Technical Assistance for Special Projects program provides expert support to communities addressing child care challenges, advancing specific initiatives, or navigating general strategy questions.
